Louisa has worked at Jo Hansford for over 10 years and has firmly established herself as an expert in commercial colour techniques, creating everything from beautifully natural highlights to bold, striking tints.

Her friendly and sociable approach has made her a favourite with an eclectic mix of models, influencers and young celebrities, while also helping her build a loyal and growing client base.

Alongside her salon work, Louisa works closely with L’Oréal Professionnel on behalf of Jo Hansford, contributing to photoshoots, social media content and internal education.

She also plays a role in creating seasonal trend predictions in-house, combining her technical expertise with a strong understanding of contemporary colour and fashion.

Louisa works Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
