Where appropriate, pigment testing or test highlights may be recommended to understand how the hair will respond and to protect its integrity throughout the colouring process.
Our colour and styling teams work closely together, ensuring every element of your finished look feels considered - from tone and dimension through to cut, movement and finish.
New colour clients are encouraged to allow approximately 30–45 minutes for their consultation.
