INTRODUCING SMARTBOND BY L’OREAL PROFESSIONNEL

SmartBond is the latest release by L’Oreal Porfessionnel – a smart new ingredient that can be added to your colour to minimise any potential damage and protect your hair. It’s designed to protect the bonds deep within your hair and strengthen them during colour processes, resulting in hair that is stronger, softer and shinier – what’s not to love about this?

Now available in the Jo Hansford salon, SmartBond is a 2-step process. Step 1 contains maleic acid which works during the chemical process of colouring to limit the stress on the hair, preserve the strong bonds and by capturing ions to allow the reconstruction of the weaker bonds.Step 2 is applied to the hair once your colour has been removed as a pre-shampoo. Along with additional maleic acid, this stage also contains a blend of ceramides and polymers to provide condition and add shine to the hair.

The Smartbond process can then be followed at home with an aftercare conditioner that will continuously strengthen the hair fibres.Ideal for anyone undergoing a colour or pre-lightening service, having an extreme colour transformation or for those that just want seriously beautiful, healthy hair!
