Whilst we appreciate that babies may sometimes need to come in with parents, please be aware that this is entirely at your own risk and we would advise that you refrain from having them on your laps whilst hair is being treated.

We are very happy to welcome well behaved dogs as long as they are kept on a lead.

THIRD-PARTY HARASSMENT

At Jo Hansford, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all employees.

We do not tolerate sexual harassment of any kind, including harassment by third parties such as clients, customers, suppliers, contractors, visitors, or members of the public.Third-party sexualharassment may include unwanted behaviour such as inappropriate comments or jokes, unwanted advances, physical contact, offensive messages or content, repeated unwanted attention, or any conduct of asexualnature that makes someone feel uncomfortable, intimidated, humiliated, or unsafe.

This policy applies to conduct that takes place in person, online, over the phone, via email or messaging platforms, or at work-related events.Any employee who experiences or witnesses third-partysexualharassment is encouraged to report it to their manager or HR as soon as possible. All concerns will be treated seriously, handled sensitively, and investigated appropriately.Where incidents occur, Jo Hansford will take reasonable and appropriate action to protect employees and prevent further misconduct.

This may include investigating complaints, addressing behaviour directly with the third party involved, restricting access to our premises or services, ending business relationships where necessary, or reporting serious matters to the relevant authorities.Employees who raise concerns in good faith will not be subjected to victimisation, retaliation, or unfair treatment.Jo Hansford is committed to taking reasonable steps to prevent third-partysexualharassment in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023.

PLEASE NOTE: We operate a 48 hour 50% cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the booked appointment time.
