Lucy

Lucy’s career in the hair and beauty industry is driven by a genuine passion for people, service and creating an exceptional client experience.

She began her career as a colour technician, developing a strong technical understanding of the salon environment before recognising her natural strengths in client care, organisation and salon operations.

Moving into a front-of-house role, Lucy quickly distinguished herself through her attention to detail and ability to create a seamless experience for both clients and the salon team. She progressed to Salon Manager at a leading premium salon in the City before joining Jo Hansford.

Today, Lucy oversees the day-to-day running of the Mayfair salon, ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered across every aspect of the client experience.

Working closely with Jo and Joanna, she plays an integral role in maintaining the exceptional levels of service, professionalism and attention to detail for which Jo Hansford is renowned.

Known for her warm, approachable nature and positive energy, Lucy is at the heart of the salon floor, supporting the team while ensuring every client receives the personal and welcoming experience that defines Jo Hansford.
