As Managing Director of the world-renowned Jo Hansford Hair Salons for over 25 years, Joanna Hansford is still completely passionate about her role, and has loved growing and developing the business from an initial team of 8 to over 90. She has experienced many facets to running her mother’s vibrant Mayfair and Knightsbridge salons, salon which are the first port of call for a number of high profile and celebrity clients.

Over the years, she has been responsible for the creation of numerous innovations that have kept the Jo Hansford name at the forefront of the hairdressing industry including the development and launch of the Jo Hansford Expert Colour Care range of premium hair products. Joanna’s current focus is to continue the expansion of the brand in Harvey Nichols and to ensure the salon on the fourth floor evolves and flourishes with its unique innovations and talented hairdressers.

Over and above all else Joanna strives to ensure that the Jo Hansford brand maintains its core values of ‘consistency, professionalism, passion and expertise’ and is confident that these ideals are lived each day by the team she treasures at the heart of her company.
