Lucy has always had a strong passion for the hair and beauty industry. She began her career as a colour technician before discovering her true strength in client care and salon operations. After moving into a front-of-house role, Lucy quickly progressed to Salon Manager at a leading premium salon in the City.

In 2019, Lucy joined the Jo Hansford Mayfair team as Head Receptionist, where her professionalism and dedication to outstanding service quickly set her apart. Her commitment and leadership led to her promotion to Salon Manager, and she now holds the role of Operations Manager.

In her current position, Lucy oversees the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all areas of the business. Known for her warm personality, positive energy, and meticulous attention to detail, Lucy is an integral part of the Jo Hansford team. She works closely with Jo and Joanna to uphold the exceptional level of service and experience the salon is renowned for.
