Lucy has always been deeply passionate about the hair and beauty industry. She began her career as a colour technician before discovering her true calling in client care and salon operations. Transitioning to a front-of-house role, Lucy quickly progressed to Salon Manager at a leading premium salon in the City.

In 2019, she joined the Jo Hansford Mayfair team as Head Receptionist, where her professionalism and dedication to service excellence quickly stood out. Since then, Lucy has advanced to Salon Manager and now Operations Manager, overseeing the smooth running of the business and ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience.

Her warm personality, positive energy, and unwavering commitment to customer care make Lucy an integral part of the Jo Hansford team, working closely with Jo and Joanna to uphold the brand’s renowned standards of excellence.
