How do you decide which highlights will suit me?
It begins with your consultation. We consider your natural colour, complexion, haircut, hair condition, previous colour and the level of maintenance that feels right for you. From there, your colourist will recommend the placement, brightness and tone that will create the most flattering and balanced result.
What is the difference between classic highlights and babylights?
Classic highlights give us precise, controlled brightness through the hair, while babylights are much finer and create a softer, more delicate effect. We often combine techniques where appropriate. The choice is guided by your starting colour and the finished result we want to create for you.
How often will I need to refresh my highlights?
This depends on how close to the root your highlights are placed, how bright you like your colour and how your natural hair grows through. Some clients return for a T-section, toner or face-framing refresh between larger appointments. Your colourist will recommend a maintenance plan designed around your colour and lifestyle.
Can I have highlights if my hair has been coloured before?
