TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Colour Correction Specialists

Years of colour expertise allow us to approach even the most complex corrections with precision, confidence and exceptional care.

PERSONALISED PLANNING

Personal to You

No two colour journeys are alike. Every recommendation is tailored to your hair, your history and the way you want to feel.

HAIR INTEGRITY

Condition Comes First

We never pursue colour at the expense of condition. More intricate transformations are paced beautifully, with strength, softness and shine protected throughout.

THE FIRST STEP

It starts with a consultation.

Beautiful corrective colour begins with listening, to what has happened before, what no longer feels right and what you would love to see next.

Your colourist will assess your current shade, natural base, condition and colour history before discussing the result you would like to achieve.

Where appropriate, a strand or pigment test may be recommended. This allows your colourist to plan with greater precision while protecting the strength and integrity of the hair.

CORRECTIVE COLOUR

When your colour deserves a more considered approach.

From the quietest tonal refinement to a complete transformation, every correction is approached individually and with meticulous attention to detail.

01

UNWANTED DEPTH

Softening Excess Depth

Hair that has become too dark or heavy may require carefully controlled lightening, tonal refinement or a staged plan to reintroduce softness and dimension.

02

TONAL BALANCE

Refining Tone & Luminosity

Unwanted warmth or flatness can often be refined through bespoke toning, glossing, carefully placed highlights or a combination of techniques.

03

EVENNESS & DIMENSION

Restoring Balance

Uneven bands, inconsistent lightness or over-processed areas require careful diagnosis so the colour can be balanced without placing unnecessary stress on the hair.

04

BESPOKE TRANSFORMATION

Bespoke Transformations

Moving from blonde to brunette, brunette to blonde, or undertaking a significant colour transformation may require several stages to rebuild or remove pigment while maintaining hair quality.

A CONSIDERED TRANSFORMATION

A considered approach to colour correction.

Truly beautiful corrective colour should feel effortless, even when the work behind it is highly technical.

Whether we are softening a shade that feels too dark, refining unwanted warmth or rebuilding depth after years of lightening, your colourist will create a route that feels both realistic and beautifully tailored to you.

COLOUR CHANGE

Returning beautifully to brunette.

Going darker is not simply a case of applying a brown shade over lightened hair.

When hair has been heavily lightened, underlying pigment may need to be carefully rebuilt before the final brunette tone is created. This helps achieve depth, longevity and a natural-looking result.

Your colourist will choose the appropriate tones and stages for your hair, taking into account both your desired shade and the condition of your starting point.

WHAT YOUR COLOURIST CONSIDERS

01

Previous colour and chemical history

02

Natural base and underlying pigment

03

Porosity, strength and overall condition

04

Desired depth, tone and maintenance

LIGHTENING SAFELY

From dark to lighter.

Some colour changes simply need a little time.

Lifting previously coloured or naturally dark hair can expose warmth and reveal different underlying tones at each stage. Depending on your starting point, achieving your ideal result may require more than one appointment.

Your colourist will explain what can realistically be achieved at each visit and create a plan that balances progress with the condition of the hair.

AFTER YOUR CORRECTION

Looking after your colour.

Corrective colour is a journey. Your colourist will advise on professional home care, tonal maintenance and the timing of future appointments to support the finished result.

COLOUR CARE

Preserve Your Tone

Use colour-safe cleansing and conditioning products selected for your new shade and hair type.

CONDITION

Nourish & Restore

Regular nourishing treatments help support softness, shine and manageability between colour appointments.

MAINTENANCE

Perfect the Journey

Your colourist will advise when to return for refinement, glossing or the next stage of your transformation.

YOUR COLOUR, RECONSIDERED

The right approach for your hair.

SOFTEN & REFINE

Too Dark

Carefully controlled lightening and tonal refinement can restore softness, movement and dimension.

COOL & BALANCE

Too Warm

Bespoke toning, glossing and strategic placement can bring a colour back into balance.

REBUILD & ENRICH

Blonde to Brunette

Lost pigment is carefully restored so the finished brunette feels rich, natural and beautifully dimensional.

LIGHTEN WITH CARE

Dark to Lighter

A staged approach allows us to make beautiful progress while protecting the quality of the hair.

COLOUR CORRECTION

Questions we are often asked.

Every colour journey is personal. Here are a few of the questions we are most often asked.

I’m not happy with my colour, where do we begin?

We always start with a consultation. It gives us time to talk through what you have had done before, what you are unhappy with now and what you would like to change. Your colourist can then advise you on what will work best for your hair and put together a plan that feels right for you.

Can my colour be corrected in one appointment?

Sometimes, but not always. It really depends on your starting point and what you would like to achieve. If there is a lot of previous colour in the hair, we may recommend doing the correction over more than one appointment. We will explain this at your consultation and will never push the hair further than we feel is sensible.

Can you take me from blonde to brunette, or dark to lighter?

Yes. We regularly work with clients who want a complete change of colour. Going from blonde to brunette may involve putting warmth and depth back into the hair first, while taking darker hair lighter can take a little more time. Your colourist will talk you through what is achievable and the best way to get there without compromising the condition of your hair.

Will I need a strand test or patch test?

You may need both, depending on the service. A strand test lets us see how your hair responds to the colour or lightening process before we go ahead. A patch test is used to check for a possible reaction to certain colour products. We will let you know exactly what you need when you book or come in for your consultation.

What price could I expect for a colour transformation?

Colour correction is priced individually because every appointment is different. The cost will depend on your starting colour, how much work is needed and how long your appointment is likely to take. After your consultation, we will give you a clear idea of the plan and price before any colour work begins.
