During your 30 minute appointment, your dedicated colourist will carry out a comprehensive assessment of your hair. This includes an in-depth discussion about your hair’s current condition, your maintenance preferences, lifestyle, and your colour goals. We will explore the options available to you, taking into account your natural tones, previous colour history, and the long-term care of your hair.

As part of the consultation, we will also carry out a pigment test to assess whether there are any barriers or residues left from previous treatments that might affect your desired colour outcome. If you are considering highlights or a more complex transformation, we can apply test highlights to preview how your hair will respond to the colour.
